What Does the Warranty Cover?

The FloorAmigo warranty covers defects in installation workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date the job is completed.

• Flooring pieces that have come loose, lifted, or were incorrectly placed
• Trim, thresholds, and quarter round pieces that have come loose
• Transitions between surfaces that were installed incorrectly
• Installation-related damage that did not exist prior to the job
• Leveling issues caused by the installation

What Is Not Covered?

• Product damage, normal wear and tear, scratches, or stains
• Damage caused by water, excessive moisture, or flooding
• Work performed or modified by unauthorized third parties
• Damage from misuse, negligence, or accidents
• General contractor or renovation work unrelated to flooring installation

How It Works

If you have a covered claim, contact our support team within 12 months of your installation completion date.

• Send us clear photos of the issue
• Our team will evaluate the claim within 2–3 business days
• If approved, we will coordinate with your installer to correct the work at no additional cost to you
